Workshops + Rosé & Monet T&Cs


WORKSHOP T&Cs

During the current COVID-19 climate we understand that lockdowns are occurring regularly, if your workshop is booked for a date that we are in lockdown for you will receive first preference of dates once lockdowns lift. 

Currently vaccine mandates do not include us, however if anything changes we will require compliance and act accordingly. You will be notified.

Your participation is only confirmed once FULL PAYMENT is made via the website. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE, TRANSFERABLE  deposit of $50 will be retained for cancellation or change of mind occurring within 48 hours of the selected workshop. 

If the event is cancelled on our behalf your full monies will be refunded within 7 working days or you may choose to transfer to another date. 

All monies paid will NOT BE REFUNDED if cancellation on your behalf occurs within 48hrs of the workshop start date & time, this includes no show. 

 

ROSÉ & MONET T&Cs

Individual Tickets - Regular Public Events. 

 

A NON-REFUNDABLE, TRANSFERABLE  deposit of $35 will be retained for cancellation or change of mind occurring within 48 hours of the selected Rosé & Monet event

If the event is cancelled on our behalf your full monies will be refunded within 7 working days or you may choose to transfer to another date. 

All monies paid will NOT BE REFUNDED if cancellation on your behalf occurs within 48hrs of the Rosé & Monet start date & time, this includes no show.

 

ROSÉ & MONET PRIVATE EVENTS

Private event bookings require FULL PAYMENT 14 day's prior to the event. No exceptions. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE, TRANSFERABLE  deposit of $35 per person will be retained for cancellation or change of mind occurring within 10 days of the selected Rosé & Monet private event.

If the event is cancelled on our behalf your full monies will be refunded within 7 working days or you may choose to transfer to another date. 

All monies paid will NOT BE REFUNDED if cancellation on your behalf occurs within 48hrs of the Rosé & Monet start date & time, this includes no show.
